In Adsense account active ads can not be deleted, you have to hide it and it will become inactive and Google will automatically delete it.
Step 1: Log in to your Adsense account.
Step 2: After logging in to your adsense account navigate to "My Ads" then click "Content" then click on "Ad units".
Step 3: After that you will see all your ad units in your adsense account and you will also see the active and inactive ads status.
Step 4: Below of each an every ad name you will see three options are there:
