When you are doing blogging and posting your pages its difficult to share every post individually and it will take some time also so Google blogger have updated a feature in blogger called "Automatically share after posting" , you just have to click on this and you don't have to share the every post individually.
Method:
1. Log in in to Google blogger dashboard.
2. Then go to "Google +" link.
3 Select on "Automatically share after posting".
4. Remove tick mark on "Prompt to share after posting".
After that publish any new post and then you will see that it will automatically shared to Google+.
